The Annual General Meeting of the Australian Jazz Museum will be held on Sunday November 10 at 11AM, at our premises at 15 Mountain Highway, Wantirna, VIC. The AGM Agenda, proxy form and the Committee of Management nomination forms are available from the office on request.

If you cannot attend this AGM in person, it is important that you lodge a proxy to ensure that we achieve a quorum and that all business conducted at our AGM will be valid and binding. You may do this by filling in the Proxy form and mailing it to us, or scanning it and emailing it, or simply by dropping in to say “hi” during our opening hours of 10 – 3 Tuesday and Friday.
