To celebrate St Kilda’s live music history, join us for the launch of the St Kilda Jazz Heritage Tour website. Created by writer/filmmaker Kaye Blum, this project honours St Kilda’s jazz legacy from the 1920s to today through its people, places, music and memories. It features a digital map with historic images and information on key jazz locations to explore online or self-navigate a walking tour. To launch this exciting project we are throwing a special jazz soiree in the foyer of the historically significant and superbly restored Palais Theatre. Join us for a live performance featuring some of Australia’s jazz greats including Bob Sedergreen and Paul Williamson.
