Notice is hereby given that the 19^th Annual General Meeting of the Australian Jazz Museum will be held on

Sunday 15^th November 2015

In the R.D. Marginson Library of the Museum premises located at “Koomba Park” 15 Mountain Highway Wantirna (Melway 63 C8)

Commencing at 11:00am

BUSINESS

1. To confirm the Minutes of the 18^th Annual General meeting held November 2014.
2. To receive from the Committee reports for the preceding financial year.
3. To elect Office Bearers and Ordinary Members of the Committee.
4. To receive and consider financial statements submitted.
5. To determine / confirm Annual Membership Fees.

Tea and Coffee will be provided.

 The Museum will be CLOSED from 12:00 noon on Friday, 18^th December 2015, reopening on Friday 8th January 2016 from 10:00am.
