Free entry (no cover charge) for AJM members at Dizzy’s Jazz Club gigs this week:

1. Thursday, 25th February – Melbourne Blue. Melbourne Blue brings together a unique ensemble of accomplished & diverse musicians replicating sophisticated grooves & rhythms across varying musical genres! They immerse audiences into some modern Jazz, R&B with twists of Reggae and Funk.
2. Friday, 26th February – Craig Schneider Trio. Craig Schneider is a multi award-winning pianist, vocalist, composer, arranger, and musical director. Craig performs a versatile and engaging repertoire of his own original compositions and jazz standards with his trio, featuring Ashley Smith (bass) and Nelson Piccin (drums).
3. Saturday, 27th February – Nichaud Fitzgibbon with Mark Fitzgibbon Band. Nichaud Fitzgibbon is recognised as Australia’s premier jazz stylist her natural charisma and feisty elegance brings sophistication to performances offering a repertoire of popular jazz standards from the Great American Songbook. Performing with Mark Fitzgibbon Band.
4. Wednesday, 2nd March – Dizzy’s Big Band. Dizzy’s outstanding 18-piece Big Band perform at Dizzy’s, playing traditional arrangements from the likes of Frank Sinatra, Count Basie and Duke Ellington through to modern masters such as Gordon Goodwin and Tom Harrell.
